With Thanksgiving around the corner, we want to acknowledge all those who we are grateful for this holiday season as well as every day of the year. We wouldn't be where we are today without the help of our employees, clients, and partners, among many others.
We Are Thankful for Our Employees
First and foremost, we need to acknowledge our amazing employees, who we would not be here without. They are the lifeblood of this company, keeping us running smoothly. From admin to services and more, every department and every employee is vital to this company.
Our employees are why we have grown so much over the past few years. Their tireless dedication to furthering this company has propelled us to even greater heights every year. However, a more important part of SOS is its culture.
The above picture showcases our word cloud mural that contains the most popular words that employees used to describe what they love about SOS. The size of the word correlates to how frequently employees mentioned it. This mural is a testament to just how strong our company culture is. We spend a majority of our adult lives at work, so having a company whose people share a bond makes getting out of bed every morning that much easier.
For three years in a row, we have been named on Atlanta Business Chronicle's Best Places to Work list. However, we don't need an award to tell us how great our culture is. Just take a look around the office on a typical workday.
Jokes and smiles are passed effortlessly between coworkers. Coworkers make lunch trips to their favorite restaurants together. Coworkers spend time together outside of work too, whether it's going to sporting events or letting their children have play dates together. Though our company continues to shift and grow, our culture stays steady among the change.

We Are Thankful for Our Clients
We are grateful for each and every one of our clients for supporting a local business. Our customer service goes above and beyond because we want our clients to know that we have their back, whenever and wherever they need us.
We aim to go beyond simply meeting our clients' needs. We aim to build a relationship and personally serve our clients so they know that they aren't just a nameless face in a crowd.
Like SOS, many of our clients give back to the community, whether that's through donations, volunteering, or running non-profit programs. We know that community engagement is important, which is why next year, we are launching a company-wide volunteering initiative that includes working with some of our non-profit clients.
We would like to use this opportunity to give back while building lasting relationships with our clients who continue to do amazing work in their communities.

We Are Thankful for Our Partners
Finally, we would like to acknowledge our various partners, without whom we wouldn't be able to service clients. Our partners help us streamline operations with training opportunities and continual support to ensure that our clients' needs are met.
For instance, this past year when we closed a major copier deal, one of our partners flew into Atlanta and stayed here for a month to ensure that all the machines were properly set up and delivered on time. This example is just one of many that demonstrates how our partners make sure we have all the support we need to better serve our clients, and for that, we are eternally grateful.
We are thankful for our partners that lend us an extra hand to ensure that we can best serve our clients.
